The Community Coalition of Empire is a group of dedicated of Coos Bay neighbors who know how to work together to build community and have fun. Since 1998 members have been lovingly contributing their time and energy to Empire. In 2025 The Empire Blueprint is being drafted and was approved which will enhance the beautiful sunshine corner of the Bay.
